At the Core
I'm Nevada born and raised, right here in the Sparks community. I graduated from Sparks High School and married my high school sweetheart. Together, we're raising two young men and striving every day to lead by example for them.
Living in this incredible community makes that easy.
It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life- I'm guilty of that too- but Sparks has a way of reminding you to slow down and appreciate what's around you. Whether it's summer nights, community events, or simply running into neighbors you've known for years, this city still carries that small-town heart.
My family and I never miss out on our local traditions- from the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-Off to Hot August Nights. Those are the moments that remind us why we love living here. They bring people together and create memories.
This community helped shape who I am. Now, I'm ready to help protect what makes it special and ensure it stays strong for the next generations.
My Passion
I've always had a heart for helping people. As far back as I can remember - even as a child - I found joy in being there for others. There's something powerful about seeing someone smile because you showed up, listened, or lent a hand. That's always stayed with me
Helping people isn't just something I do - it's who I am.
Outside of that I like to think of myself as a Jack of All Trades, I love to learn and try just about anything, from knocking down walls to raising farm animals.
I enjoy writing, bringing people together for gatherings, and creating spaces where people can connect.

My goal at the end of the day is simple: to leave things better than I found them. I truly believe in the goodness of people, and I want that belief to be reflected in the community where my family - and so many others - are being raised. I think it's easy to be transparent and honest with people in order to work together for the greater good of the community. I'm ready to serve on City Council for Ward 2 because I want to be a part of creating positive change for our community.

- Improve response times as our city continues to grow.

Even though the city does not run schools, city leadership still plays an important role in supporting families.
My Priorities:
- Work with Washoe County School District to support students and families.
- Encourage safe routes to schools and safe neighborhoods for kids.
- Support youth programs and after-school activities.
- Ensure Growth planning considers school capacity.
